Glodon Digital Education
Glodon Digital Education has launched its international talent development services in 2025, building a collaborative bridge between global educational supply and demand. These services facilitate in-depth cooperation between domestic universities, higher vocational schools, secondary vocational schools and international enterprises, academic institutions, and organizations, enabling substantive exchange of talent worldwide. Through strategic international partnerships, overseas training programs, international competitions, customized global expansion programs, joint education programs, and standard development, Glodon aims to expand the global reach of Chinese education and empower the international development of talent.
International Cooperation-Universities (Undergraduate)
We engage in international cooperation with undergraduate universities/colleges with a core focus on "Academic Internationalization." In Talent Development, we emphasize cultivating talent with a global perspective and building faculty teams with international capabilities through initiatives such as faculty exchanges and academic alliances to enhance global competence. In Curriculum Co-Development, we collaborate to develop international applied undergraduate textbooks, jointly revise international talent training programs, and explore cross-border training models. In Academic Application, we actively promote overseas academic standards and collaborate with enterprises for joint product development and global expansion, ensuring academic achievements effectively serve the global construction industry.

International Cooperation-Higher Vocational Schools
Our international cooperation with higher vocational schools centers on "Vocational Internationalization," closely aligning with the skill-oriented nature of vocational education. Collaboration spans key areas such as skill competitions, international training, global skill deployment, and international events, focusing on three core directions:
Firstly, "Standard Global Promotion" — promoting international vocational curricula and skill standards to align vocational training with global norms.
Secondly, "International Co-Development" — deepening cooperation in international vocational education to achieve shared international talent resources and broaden development pathways for students.
Thirdly, "Aligning Education with’s Global Expansion" — collaborating with enterprises to support business expansion abroad, precisely addressing industry internationalization needs and ensuring close integration between skills training and industrial practice.

International Cooperation-Secondary Vocational Schools
Our international cooperation with secondary vocational schools is centered on "Skill-Based Internationalization," focusing on cultivating construction technical talent with strong practical skills. This collaboration is implemented through three core components:
Firstly, "Resource Sharing" — building an international skills curriculum resource library and exporting skill-based training programs to provide standardized support for secondary
Secondly, "Skill Certification" — engaging in international skill certification cooperation, participating in the development of international skilled worker certification standards, and enhancing the international recognition of talents.
Thirdly, "Labor Training" — providing local technical training for overseas enterprises, promoting standardized training for labor export, and supporting secondary vocational graduates in entering the international labor market.

Global Study Programs
The Global Study Programs initiative focuses on a two-way approach of "Bringing In" and "Going Global", with a clear pathway from exchange to long-term collaboration.
Under "Bringing In", we provide social training services for overseas individuals, develop high-quality "Chinese + Vocational Skills" courses, facilitate exchange programs for international students from overseas schools, and develop mechanisms for mutual degree recognition.
On the "Going Global" front, we develop overseas courses in areas such as intelligent design and construction, explore "vocational education going global" standards for construction specialties, conduct labor-demand research in overseas enterprises and support the international expansion of Chinese vocational education brands.
