Slow and Easy Chuck Roast
- 3 or 4 lbs, lean boneless chuck roast
- "Cavender's Greek Seasoning"
- Lemon pepper
- 1 package onion-mushroom dry soup mix
- 1/2 cup water
Cut away as much fat as possible from roast. Sprinkle roast with next 3 ingredients and place in crock pot. Add water and cook on low for 8 to 10 hors. Thicken gravy with flour or corn starch. Any lean roast is good this way! Serves 6
