Greek Honey Chicken
- 4 chicken breasts
- 6-8 tbsp. honey
- 1 C red wine
- "Cavender's Greek Seasoning"
- Lemon juice
Clean chicken breasts and let dry. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. After chicken has dried, rub margarine over breast cavity. Liberally sprinkle "Cavender's" over all breasts, including breast cavity. Place in oven for 20 minutes to allow spice to absorb. Remove from oven. Spoon honey over each breast (about 1 1/2 tbsp. per breast.) Then pour red wine over each breast. Return to oven. Turn breasts over so that rib side is up. Chicken will absorb mixture, baste occasionally. After 30 min., turn chicken breasts over so the meat side is up. This will allow chicken to brown. Return to oven for 10 min. and the remove. Serves 4.
