Spike's Famous Chili
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1 tsp. powdered garlic
- 2 heaping tbsp. chili powder
- 1 tsp. paprika
- 1 tsp. cumin
- 1/2 level tsp. black pepper
- 1 tsp "Cavender's Seasoning"
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 large onion, chopped
Put meat in boiling pan with water to keep from sticking. Boil slowly 1 to 1 1/2 hrs., then add balance of ingredients and boil slowly for 10 min., stirring often.
