Baked Lamb Shoulder

Ingredients

  • 3 lbs. lamb shoulder
  • 3 large potatoes
  • 4 carrots
  • 2 celery stalks and stems
  • 1 onion
  • 1 can whole tomatoes
  • 1 bay leaf
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 tbsp. Cavender's Greek Seasoning

 

  Directions

Wash and dry lamb. Season with Cavender's and place in baking pan. Cut vegetables in halves and arrange around lamb. Add tomatoes, bay leaf, water. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hours. Remove cover and continue baking for 20 minutes or until done.
