In a large skillet place together 1/2 lb. ground beef, 1/2 medium onion (chopped), 1/2 medium bell pepper (chopped), 4 large mushrooms (sliced), 2 cloves garlic (minced). Cook until beef loses it's redness and onion is opaque. Add 1 can (15 oz.) Garbanzo beans, & 1 tsp. of Cavender's Greek Seasoning. Simmer 15 min. or until thickened. Good when made in double batch and reheated.
