Cheese Balls
- 6 ounces blue cheese
- (2) 5 oz. jars processed cheddar cheese spread
- 2 tsp. "Cavender's Greek Seasoning"
- 4 small packages cream cheese
- 2 tbsp. grateed onion
- 1 tsp. Worchestershire sauce
- 1/3 cup parsley flakes
- 1 cup ground pecans
Have cheese room temperature, mix all cheese, worchestershire sauce, onions and Cavender's until throughly blended. Add 1 cup pecans and 1/2 of [arsley. Put in foil paper ahd shape. Roll ball in remaining pecans & parsley. Refrigerate overnight. (can be frozen)
